The Willows is proudly owned and operated by licensed medical social workers, Heather and Carlene. Caring for seniors is not only our profession—it is our passion. We are deeply committed to creating a home where residents feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.

With extensive experience in senior care and hands-on ownership of a residential home, we bring a well-rounded and knowledgeable approach to every aspect of care. Our backgrounds span hospice, home care, acute care, skilled nursing, and counseling—allowing us to understand and support residents at every stage.

Our experience, combined with our daily involvement, allows us to provide thoughtful, high-quality, and personalized care tailored to each resident’s unique needs—while maintaining the warmth and familiarity of a true home environment.
